1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by SP Photography Studio. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide photography and videography services for:

• Weddings
• Pre-wedding shoots
• Events and functions
• Portrait and studio sessions
• Commercial photography

Service scope will be defined in the quotation or agreement.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment.
• Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Final service details must be confirmed before the shoot date.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
• Full payment must be completed before or on delivery of final work (unless agreed otherwise).
• Payments once made are non-refundable unless stated in written agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by client may result in forfeiture of advance payment.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Studio cancellations due to unavoidable reasons will offer rescheduling or refund of advance only.

6. Delivery of Media

• Edited photos/videos will be delivered within the agreed timeline.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on project size.
• RAW files are not included unless specifically agreed.

7. Copyright & Usage Rights

• SP Photography Studio retains copyright of all captured images/videos.
• Clients receive usage rights for personal use only.
• Commercial usage requires written permission.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

• Timely presence at shoot location
• Proper permissions for venues
• Cooperation during shoot sessions

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by weather, venue restrictions, or third parties
• Loss of data due to unforeseen technical issues beyond control

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
